Birthday Card and Flutterby Gift box set!
I started by using an 8" x 8" (20.3 x 20.3cm) white card. Then chose to use Anna Griffin elegant double sided paper as a mat both for the base of the card and the other side for the top. I also used a white plain card which I die cut to show a demarcation from top and bottom of the background papers. I used a co-ordinating ribbon and flowers for my embellishment. Here is the Complete card and Envelope. |
As you can see, i also decorated the back of the card with one of Martha stewart punches.
Here you can see the decorated envelope, using topper which was cut by using one of Spellbinders label die. Punching out some flowers using Martha Stewart punch and embellished the centre with 3lilac dew drops!
I used a flower topper purchased from Create and craft continuing the theme using a Spellbinders label and another for the sentiment. Using another of Martha Stewart leave punch, attached it to a lilac rose bud and completed sheer organza ribbon. (Love those dew drops on the four corners)
Flutterby Gift Box
I cut out my gift box using an electronic cutting machine, assembled it and then decorated it using matching Anna Griffin decorated paper from the card to tie everything together... Love the fact that I can do that.Using another Spellbinders label dies, I punched a hole at the top using
We R Memory Keepers Crop-A-Dile Hole Punch. Recipient's name stamped.
(Love, love personalising my cards and gift packages)
